Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. AWS Marketplace Subscriptions
ZeroNAT is billed as a "Pay-as-you-go" service through the AWS Marketplace. As such, you are only charged for the hours the software is active in your account.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Terminating all EC2 instances running the ZeroNAT AMI.
- Unsubscribing from the product in the AWS Marketplace Console.
Once cancelled, you will not be billed for any future hours.
3. Refunds
Refund requests for AWS Marketplace purchases are typically handled by AWS Support. If you believe you have been billed in error for the ZeroNAT software component, please contact us at support@zeronat.io with your AWS Account ID and transaction details.
4. Software Faults
If you encounter technical issues with ZeroNAT, we provide community support via GitHub Issues. For enterprise support inquiries, please contact sales@zerofab.io.
5. Exceptions
ZeroFab LTD does not provide refunds for AWS infrastructure costs (EC2, Data Transfer, etc.) incurred while running the software, as these are billed directly by Amazon Web Services.
